Indirect Claims
For claims reimbursed to you, invoices must be paid at consultation/discharge and claim forms must be fully completed and signed. Please submit a separate form per condition and start your claim with your insurer as early as possible.
Direct Claims
For direct payments to ACE Vets, we require completed forms, policy schedule details, and payment for any non-insured items. We process forms promptly and include relevant clinical history and invoices.
Policy Excess
Excess applies per condition and per policy year for both direct and self-claims. Some policies also include a co-pay percentage.
The insurance contract is between you and your insurer. ACE Vets is not responsible for insurer refusal. If you need confirmation of coverage, we can provide an estimate for pre-authorisation.
